About Fran
From my studio in rural Dorset, I design and make bespoke and remodelled jewellery that tells a personal story; whether that’s transforming something you already own or creating something entirely new.
Whilst I’m inspired by the textures and movement of the natural world, my work is ultimately shaped by people: their stories, their memories, and the moments they want to hold onto or celebrate.
I’ve always found it hard to part with things that carry meaning. I’m a bit of a sentimental hoarder at heart, and I know how easy it is for jewellery to end up tucked away- too special to let go of, but not quite right to wear. That’s where my love of jewellery remodelling began, and it continues to shape how I approach every piece I create.
Each piece is made by hand using traditional techniques, with a focus on texture, wearability and individuality; embracing the details that make something feel truly yours.

My Philosophy
I create jewellery that feels like an extension of you; something personal, considered and lasting.
I work closely with each client, guiding you through each step of the process from first idea to finished piece. You might come with a clear vision, a box of old jewellery, or something specific you’d like to build around (whether that’s a particular stone, a colour palette, or a piece you want to complement). Wherever you begin, we shape it together.
Much of my work centres around women choosing pieces for themselves, as a way of marking a moment, recognising their own strength, or simply owning something that feels entirely theirs. I also love creating thoughtful, meaningful gifts- pieces designed to be worn every day.
Jewellery, to me, should feel grounding. Something you reach for without thinking, but that quietly reminds you of who you are, where you’ve been, or what matters most.
