Both processes are fully bespoke in the sense that your piece is designed specifically for you; the difference lies in where we begin.
Remodelling starts with jewellery you already own. I carefully assess the materials, deconstruct the piece, and rework the gold and any suitable stones into an entirely new design. Sometimes additional metal or stones are introduced, depending on the final piece.
Bespoke design begins from scratch. Together, we create a piece using new materials, with gold and gemstones sourced specifically for your design.
If you’re unsure which route is right for you, I’m always happy to guide you.

You don’t need to have it all worked out; most people don’t.
You might come with a clear idea, or simply a starting point a piece of jewellery, a stone, a memory, or even just a sense of what you’re drawn to. From there, we’ll explore it together.
I’ll guide you through different options, from design elements and materials to what will work best for your lifestyle, so we can gradually shape something that feels right for you.

As involved as you’d like to be. Some clients arrive with a clear vision, while others prefer guidance. Most fall somewhere in between; collaborating on key elements while trusting me to shape the finer details.
-
Each piece is entirely unique, so pricing varies depending on the design, materials, and complexity.
As a guide:
· Remodelling pieces typically start from £700
· Bespoke pieces from £500 in sterling silver, and £1200 in gold
Once we’ve discussed your ideas, I’ll provide a clear, tailored quote before any work begins.

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, but most pieces take 6-8 weeks from final design approval. If you’re working towards a specific date, feel free to mention this early on and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Yes, a £150 deposit is required to begin the design process. Once we’ve finalised your design and agreed the quote, a 50% deposit is taken to begin making your piece (this includes the initial £150 design deposit). The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
Full details will be outlined clearly once your design and quote are agreed.

Absolutely! And this is often where the most meaningful pieces begin.
Whether it’s inherited jewellery, something unworn, or a piece that no longer feels like you, I can carefully transform it into something new while preserving its sentiment.
-
Yes, in most cases, this isn’t an issue at all.
Remodelling involves taking your jewellery back to its raw materials, so even damaged or worn pieces can usually be transformed into something entirely new.
The only things we may consider are the condition of any existing stones, and whether we may need to add metal or new stones to achieve the final design- both of which I’ll guide you through.
-
Any unused materials will always be discussed with you.
Where possible, they can be incorporated into your new design, returned to you, or credited towards the cost of your piece.
-
I can usually assess this for you, either through any hallmarking present, experience or testing where needed.
If anything is uncertain, I’ll always be transparent and guide you through the options.
-
I primarily work with solid gold and sterling silver.
If your design calls for something more specific, we can discuss this during the design process.
-
Yes.
I can source a range of stones, including diamonds and alternative precious gemstones, carefully selected to suit your design. I’m also happy to work with stones you already own.
-
The design process is collaborative and iterative.
I’ll work closely with you to refine the design until it feels right, nothing moves into production without your approval.
-
I’m always happy to take inspiration from pieces you’ve seen; whether that’s jewellery, or elements drawn from other areas such as fashion, architecture or nature.
Rather than creating direct copies, I use these references to understand what you’re drawn to, from shapes and textures to overall feel, and reinterpret them into a design that is uniquely yours.
Each piece is created in my own signature style, resulting in something personal, considered, and entirely original.
-
