The goddess gold stacking rings
These rings were created from a beautiful inherited set of jewellery that had never quite felt like “her”.
Although rich in sentiment, the original necklace and earrings were rarely worn; both because of style and a concern that the central diamond setting had become a little loose over time.
Together, we reimagined the pieces into something far more wearable and personal. Inspired by a previous set of flowing stacking rings (The Heritage Flow Stacking Rings), we adapted the design to better suit her style- maintaining the soft, organic movement of the original concept while introducing a slightly bolder, more sculptural feel.
Using a combination of casting and hand forging, I carefully worked with the available gold to create three rings from the original pieces, making the most of every element. To ensure the perfect fit and proportions, I first created a silver prototype, allowing us to refine the design before committing to the final pieces.
The finished rings have a subtle strength to them, with an open, flowing form that feels both comfortable and quietly striking. There’s something almost ancient in their shape, with a soft, goddess-like quality and a gentle nod to Egyptian-inspired forms, giving them a sense of timelessness and presence.
These are pieces designed not just to be worn, but to be felt- a small, personal reminder of strength, resilience, and self-assurance.
